There are three ways you can answer in incoming phone call on AgriSync: Web Dashboard, mobile phone, or landline phone.

You can select which devices you want to ring for incoming VoiceHub calls within your User Profile

VoiceHub Call Settings

Primary Phone
This is your mobile phone you used to register your AgriSync account. This is the phone that all calls will come to by default. When a call comes in to your VoiceHub number, you'll receive a push notification with the caller's information.



Secondary Desk Phone

In addition to receiving calls on your mobile device, you can also have VoiceHub calls ring through your desk phone or a secondary cell phone. To add a secondary phone number on your account, login to the web dashboard and click the dropdown next to your name in the top-right corner. You can also select to only receive calls via Web or your Desk Phone.

Click on User Profile
Enter your desk phone or secondary phone number in the Secondary Desk Phone field
Select Secondary Desk Phone under the VoiceHub Call & Chat settings
Click Update

Web Dashboard

If you're at your desk, the web dashboard is a great way to answer incoming calls. While logged into AgriSync, you'll receive a Google Chrome notification when a call comes in. Clicking on the notification will take you to your dashboard where you can see details about the caller and allow you to take notes in the ticket while on the call.
