Get clear confirmation from your customers when it matters most. Before you move forward with ordering an expensive part or starting a service, you can ensure your customers are on board.

Within any existing ticket, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click "request approval" circled in red.

This will open the following pop-up, which will allow you to add the appropriate message and any relevant attachments.

Your customer will receive the following text.

The link will show them the following pop-up.

Once your customer approves or denies the request, their response will be displayed in your ticket so you can follow-up accordingly.
