Attaching Media to a Ticket

Once a ticket has been created, it is easy to open that ticket and add content such as a photo, video, or
PDF. Click on the 'Paperclip' icon in the messages bar and select the media you want to attach.



If your customers don't have the mobile app, they will receive your media in the form of a text message.

Australia VoiceHub numbers cannot currently send MMS messages. If you are an Australian Advisor, we suggest having your customers download the free mobile app to receive and attach media.
