Turn on Automated Text Responses on iOS Devices

Do you still have customers calling your personal cell phone? Are you an iOS user? If so, check out the video below on how to create an automated text response on your device, directing customers to call your team's VoiceHub number instead.



Steps
Click into your phone's 'Settings' app
Scroll down and click on 'Phone'
Click into 'Respond with Text'
Create a custom response using the following script: "I am not available right now. For faster support, please call my team's support hotline at XXX-XXX-XXXX."
Next time a customer calls, click the 'Message' icon and send them an automated text response. They will go straight to your voicemail and your VoiceHub number will be linked in the text they receive.
