Turn on Automated Text Responses on iOS Devices

Still have customers calling your personal phone? Next time they call, send them an automated text response linking to your team's VoiceHub number. Here's how!



Steps
Click into your phone's 'Settings' app
Scroll down and click on 'Phone'
Click into 'Respond with Text'
Create a custom response using the following script: "I am not available right now. For faster support, please call my team's support hotline at XXX-XXX-XXXX."
Next time a customer calls, click the 'Message' icon and send them an automated text response. They will go straight to your voicemail and your VoiceHub number will be linked in the text they receive.
