Call from VoiceHub

From the AgriSync mobile app, you can place an outbound phone call within an existing support ticket or start a new ticket through a phone call.

If you'd like to track an outgoing phone call within AgriSync, simply open your AgriSync app and click on the + icon in the top right. Enter the person's phone number or search for them by name.
Tap Connect Now and then choose Call from VoiceHub.

You will have two options:
Using Internet Audio - uses VOIP audio that allows you to seamlessly transition to a video call.
Using Cellular Audio - uses cellular audio for areas with low bandwidth. This option will place an incoming phone call into your device from your VoiceHub number. Once you accept the incoming call, we will start calling your customer.
