From the AgriSync mobile app, you can place a phone call within an existing support ticket or start a new ticket through a phone call.


Create a tracked phone call
If you'd like to track an outgoing phone call within AgriSync, simply open your AgriSync app and click on the '+' icon in the top right. Enter the person's phone number or search for them by name.
Tap Connect Now and then choose 1 or 2 options.

Call from Cell: which will make the call using your personal number.
Call from Voicehub which will call using your hotline number. Answer the incoming call
from your own hotline number and then the call to your customer will begin.

Call a customer within an existing ticket
Within an existing ticket, you can click on the Connect button at the top of the ticket and then tap Call from VoiceHub. This is an outgoing call from your VoiceHub number to the customer.
