Clearing your Browser Cache

Clear Browser Cache (Web Dashboard)

Resetting your cache will potentially help in the event of 404, 502, and other errors that may possibly result from a corrupt cache, and clear any private data you have stored in the form of login IDs, passwords, and additional sensitive information you’d rather not save on your machine. It’s also a simple trick you can employ to shed any unnecessary data, which could slow down your browser.

As periodic updates are made to AgriSync, there are times when your Google Chrome cache may prevent you from seeing certain buttons or other parts of the web dashboard. There are a few ways you can fix this:

Easiest Fix

On a Windows PC: With the AgriSync dashboard open on your Chrome browser, hit the Ctrl + F5 buttons to refresh and reset the cache for that browser tab.
On a Mac: With the AgriSync dashboard open on your Chrome browser, hit the Cmnd + Shift + R buttons to refresh and reset the cache for that browser tab.
