Create a Custom Recording

When building ring schedules, you may want to have a custom recording that is specific to your dealership. This article outlines how to create these recordings



Go to the Manage tab.
Select the team/VoiceHub number that you would like to edit.
Select VoiceHub settings.
Select the Custom Recordings drop down.
There will be an option to add new (+). Select that, name your recording appropriately, and then click the green "record" button.
Be sure to save your recording once you've reviewed.

This will allow you to choose this recording during ring schedule set up. Note that these recordings will be saved across teams so that you can use the same message as applicable.
