You have an issue and you're needing to create a ticket with your trusted Advisor. Opening a ticket is quick and easy on the AgriSync mobile app.

Step 1:: Before creating a ticket, you must first find the contact you want to create a ticket with. This can be done by searching within the company directory.

If you're already connected with the company or contact, you can check your Recent Contacts on the home screen or search through your contacts by tapping on the Contacts icon at the bottom.

Step 2: Tap the team/contact you want to create a ticket with.
A) Type out the message for your ticket
B) Add a picture or video
C) Suggest a specified call time
D) Click Submit
