You have an issue that you need to share with your trusted advisor. Opening a support ticket is quick and easy on the AgriSync mobile app.

Before creating a ticket, you must first find the advisor or team you want to create a ticket with and
add them as a Trusted Contact. This can be done by searching within the company directory.

If you're already connected with the team or advisor, you can check your Recent Contacts on the
home screen or search through your contacts by tapping on the Contacts icon at the bottom.



Tap the team/advisor you want to create a ticket with.
A) Name your ticket with the issue you are having
B) Add any relevant photos, videos, serial numbers, machine hours, or PDF's of the issue
C) Suggest a time for a live video or audio call, or choose to hear back as soon as possible
D) Submit your ticket and wait to hear back
