There are several ways to save team contacts in your AgriSync account for caller ID purposes, to view customers' ticket history, and to be able to create a ticket on behalf of your customers.
You can create a new contact the following ways:
Within an existing AgriSync ticket
From your phone's address book
From the Contacts page on the web dashboard
