Customer Ticket History

Within an AgriSync ticket, you can now easily view a customer's previous ticket history. This can be done both via the mobile app and web dashboard.



From the Mobile App
Click into an existing customer ticket
Click into the Details tab
Click on Customer History at the bottom-left corner

From the Web Dashboard
Click into an existing customer ticket & view the history next to their name in the top-left
Search for that customer in the Contacts page & click on History
