Customizable Automated SMS Settings
Ready to customize the automated SMS responses for your VoiceHub number? Located in the Manage tab, Managers can now change the automated SMS responses from the default settings to settings that work best for your team.
Follow the steps below to update your settings:
Click on the Manage tab
Find the team you want to update the SMS settings for and click on that team
A pop out with three categories should appear on the right-hand side. Click on the SMS Settings tab. This is where you will change the automated responses.
Under Automate SMS Responses, you should see six different messages associated with the following actions:
Customer Hangs Up
Customer Leaves Voicemail
After Successful Phone Call with Ticket
Customer Sends First SMS
Each of these automated messages has customizable fields or optional components to the message. After you customize a message, ensure you click Update to save your preferences.
