AgriSync requires Advisors and Farmers to use their phone number to log in. This allows for a more secure authentication when accessing your account.

In the event that you need to update the phone number for your AgriSync account, please complete the following steps:

Email with your Name, old phone number, and new phone number.
Wait for an email confirmation from AgriSync that your number has been updated.
Uninstall and reinstall your AgriSync app. You'll be prompted to login with your new phone number.
