Leaving Private Notes Within a Ticket

It's important to know the difference between private and public communication within an AgriSync ticket. To leave a Private Note within a ticket, for your internal team's viewing only, click the yellow Add Private Note button within a ticket's chat feature.

Private notes allow you to leave details within a ticket that the customer will not be able to view but will help your team members understand the issue better, especially if you will be re-assigning the ticket.

When you leave a Private Note inside of ticket that is assigned to another Advisor, that Advisor will receive a push notification alerting them of your note.



Leaving Private Attachments Within a Ticket

In addition to leaving a private note in a ticket, you can now attach a private attachment for you and your team to see. On the web dashboard, you can attach .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .mp3, .wav, .avi, .mov, .mp4, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, and .csv files. On the mobile app, you can attach .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .mp3, .wav, .avi, .mov, .mp4, and .pdf files.

Click the paperclip icon within the Add Private Note pop-up to keep your attachments private:
