Live Call Transfer



When an advisor answers an incoming VoiceHub call on their web dashboard, they have the ability to transfer that phone call to another advisor or team in the AgriSync account. Once the initial advisor clicks Transfer Call, the customer will start ringing through to the new advisor and the initial advisor will hang up.

The AgriSync ticket will be re-assigned to the advisor/team you transferred the call to. If the new advisor doesn't answer, the caller can leave a voicemail which will attach in the advisor's ticket.
