Managing SMS & App Message Notifications

By default, when actions happen within your AgriSync account we will notify you via a push notification and text message. Advisors wishing to reduce their personal text message notifications to just the account verification code and video call invitation can do so either within their app or web dashboard.



Via the Web Dashboard
Login to your account online at www.agrisync.com
Click on the dropdown in the upper-right hand corner
Click on User Profile
Manage your Privacy settings

Via the Mobile App
Click on your account Settings button in the top-left corner of the main page
Manage Do Not Disturb and Disable SMS toggles
Click into Privacy Settings for additional settings

Persistent Push Notifications

AgriSync push notifications on your mobile device may come and go too quickly to realize who is calling in or who just updated a ticket in the AgriSync app. Within the Settings app on your phone, you can change the notification style from Temporary to Persistent to leave the push notification on your phone until you clear it.

The following video shows you how to change your banner notifications to be Persistent.



Go to the Settings app on your phone.
Scroll down to find the AgriSync app.
Click on 'Notifications'.
Change the 'Banner Style' from 'Temporary' to 'Persistent.'
