Merge Tickets

If you have two tickets with a customer related to the same issue, you can now merge the two together into one ticket. This action can only be done via the web dashboard.

From within the AgriSync ticket you'd like to keep, click on the Customer History icon to easily view your customer's list of other tickets in AgriSync.
Click the Merge button in the top-right corner and type in the Ticket ID of the ticket you'd like to merge.
