Mobile App Permissions

If you are experiencing issues with the AgriSync app (crashing, video not showing, no notifications)
it is most likely due to not accepting the necessary app permissions (access to the camera, microphone, notifications, etc.).

The easiest way to resolve this is to delete the AgriSync app from your phone, power your phone off and back on and reinstall it from the app store.
