AgriSync not only allows your team to see and solve issues, but it also enables you to track your team's
time, customer feedback, and the types of issues they're working on.
As an Advisor, you can download reports containing all of your ticket data. Additionally, you can filter the
data you download by:
From the Tickets tab of your AgriSync web dashboard, scroll to the bottom and click on Reporting.
Choose a filtered option or click Download to download your entire ticket history to an Excel file.
