AgriSync not only allows your team to see and solve issues, but it also enables you to track your team's
time, customer feedback, and the types of issues they're working on.

As an Advisor, you can download reports containing all of your ticket data. Additionally, you can filter the data you download by:

Downloading Reports
From the Tickets tab of your AgriSync dashboard, click on Reporting at the bottom right
Choose a filtered option or click Download to download your entire ticket history to an Excel file
