Requesting a Photo/Video from your Customer

If you as an Advisor are needing to see a photo or video of your customer's issue, you can utilize the Request Photo/Video function within an AgriSync ticket. By clicking this button, the other party will receive a text message with a link asking them to upload a photo or video of their issue. That media upload will then be added to the existing open ticket with that individual.
