AgriSync allows you to select the urgency of your support ticket.

When creating a new support ticket, go to the 'Schedule Call' section. By default, the time is set to ASAP which will alert your Advisor with a text that you require assistance now.

If help isn't needed right away, you can select a time to schedule a call later in the day or tomorrow. Your advisor will be notified when you submit the ticket. They can confirm the scheduled meeting time through the app.
