In order to schedule a call with an advisor, you must first create a ticket with that person on AgriSync. To begin a ticket, simply click the + icon on the upper right-hand corner of your app.

When creating a new support ticket, go to the Schedule Call section. AgriSync will allow you to select the urgency of your support ticket. By default, the time is set to ASAP which will notify your advisor that you require assistance now.



If help isn't needed immediately, you can schedule a time to connect. Your advisor will be notified when you submit the ticket and can confirm the scheduled meeting time through the app.
