Setting Your Default Team

For Advisors that are part of multiple teams, we give you the ability to select which team's VoiceHub number will show by default when you place outbound phone calls or text messages when managing support tickets.

Follow the steps below to set your Default Team.

Login to the web dashboard online at
Click on your name in the upper-right corner and select User Profile.
In the Profile section on the left, click the drop-down box below Default Team to select which team you want as your default.
Click Update at the bottom to save your preferences.
