Silence Notifications based on a Ring Schedule

Every team in your account may have different needs & preferences for when advisors get notified of new, unassigned tickets in AgriSync. The Silence Notifications toggle on a team's Ring Schedule allows Managers in your account to determine this preference at the team-level for all advisors in that team.

Silence Notifications will be OFF by default, meaning that every advisor on the team will receive SMS & push notifications when new, unassigned tickets are created; even if they aren't placed on the ring schedule. If a ring schedule is not enabled, we will always notify every advisor on the team of new, unassigned tickets.

Turning Silence Notifications to ON will change the logic to the following:
* If a ring schedule is enabled and Silence Notifications is enabled, only advisors that are placed on the ring schedule will receive notifications during their specified ring schedule hours.
If a ring schedule is enabled and Silence Notifications is enabled, advisors that are not on the ring schedule will not receive VoiceHub calls, SMS notifications, or push notifications for new, unassigned tickets.
Advisors will always receive notifications for open tickets that are assigned to them. For example, when a customer responds with a message in an existing ticket.

Accessing your Ring Schedule:
Login online at www.agrisync.com
Click on the Manage tab (restricted to Managers in your account)
Click on a team's Ring Schedule
Enable the Silence Notifications toggle at the top of the Ring Schedule
