Troubleshoot Firewall and Network Issues



If your IT department blocks certain outbound connections there are a few solutions available.

Before continuing, try our diagnostic tool to see if that resolves your issue.

General Usage

In order to use AgriSync, you must whitelist HTTPS traffic over port 443 globally (not just for our domain). This is required to properly access our site.

Video Calls

If you are having issues with video calls, we can enable proxying for your company. First contact customer support at help@agrisync.com explaining that you want to enable proxying for your company.

Next, whitelist port 443 for HTTPS, WSS (websockets), and UDP (call content delivery).

This means that going forward all video connections for users in your company will be done through a proxy. Contact help@agrisync.com again if you want to disable proxying.
