Understanding Roles within AgriSync

Within AgriSync, there are different types of accounts related to your role as either a customer or Advisor. Let's walk through these different roles and their access within AgriSync.

Free Customer Accounts
Anyone can create a free account within AgriSync to connect with their trusted Advisors.

Free Accounts Can
Access their ticket history within the mobile app and web dashboard
Create a new ticket with a Trusted Contact
Attach content to an existing ticket (photo, video, etc.)
Message back and forth with their Advisor from within a ticket

Free Accounts Cannot
Begin a live video session
Re-assign tickets to other Advisors
Tag their tickets

Advisor Accounts
There are three levels of Advisor accounts within AgriSync.

Advisors
Interact with customers and internal team members: create new tickets, begin a live video or audio session, message customers, track time, etc.
Be a member of a team/tied to a VoiceHub number
Download Excel reports
Create a Broadcast for a Manager to Send

Managers
Interact with customers and internal team members: create new tickets, begin a live video or audio session, message customers, track time, etc.
Be a member of a team/tied to a VoiceHub number
Download Excel reports
Manage teams & VoiceHub numbers: add/remove team members, set custom ring schedules for a VoiceHub number, record custom greetings, etc.
Create custom ticket tags for your organization
Create or delete teams for your organization
Invite additional Advisors
Create, approve, and send Broadcasts

Admins
Any Advisor that creates a company within AgriSync will automatically be considered that company's Admin. This person is the main contact for the company's account and their subscription renewals. Once their company is created, they have Manager-level access.

Internal Employees
Internal Employees are free accounts that are tied to an organization within AgriSync. The main difference between an internal employee and a free customer account is that internal employees can access their company's internal teams to ask for support.

What Internal Employees Can Do
Submit tickets to internal team members to ask for support

What Internal Employees Cannot Do
Start a live video or audio call
View the rest of their team's tickets
Make changes to a company's account
Invite customers or other employees
