User Profile Settings

Every Advisor has a User Profile that they can access from their Web Dashboard.

To Access your User Profile:
Login to the Web Dashboard
Click on the top right dropdown
Click User Profile

From the User Profile, you can:
Add a profile photo (encouraged)
Add a secondary desk phone (extension option)
Update your contact information
Customize which devices you want to ring for incoming VoiceHub calls
Disable SMS notification - we will only send your push notifications, not text message notifications
Add a delay before dialing their desk phone extension (Although this may not be necessary based on your phone system settings)
