WhatsApp is the most popular messaging application in the world. As such, AgriSync wants to make it easy to interact with customers via communication channels they're already using.

AgriSync's WhatsApp integration allows customers to reach out via WhatsApp to chat with your team. When a customer sends a WhatsApp message to your team's VoiceHub number, it will create a ticket and notify that team. Advisors can reply to the customer via public chat which will send a WhatsApp message back to the customer.
