What can a Dashboard User do?
There are certain employees within your organization that require visibility to customer tickets, without having to interact directly with customers. For these types of internal employees, we have created Dashboard users.
Dashboard users only have access to the company web dashboard where they can view tickets, see feedback, and collaborate with field advisors on tickets.
