Call from VoiceHub via the Mobile App
Call from VoiceHub From the AgriSync mobile app, you can place an outbound phone call within an existing support ticket or start a new ticket through a phone call. If you'd like to track an outgoing phone call within AgriSync, simply open your AgriSync app and click on the + icon in the top right. Enter the person's phone number or search for them by name. Tap Connect Now and then choose Call from VoiceHub. You will have two option
Outbound VoiceHub Calls via Web Dashboard
You can place an outbound VoiceHub call via the web dashboard similar to how you would create a new ticket via the web dashboard. Click on a Recent Contact, Search for a Contact, or enter the phone number you wish to call Click on VoiceHub Call to start the phone call The outbound call will start from your team's VoiceHub number
Live Call Transfer
Live Call Transfer When an advisor answers an incoming VoiceHub call on their web dashboard, they have the ability to transfer that phone call to another advisor or team in the AgriSync account. Once the initial advisor clicks Transfer Call, the customer will start ringing through to the new advisor and the initial advisor will hang up. Attaching Content to a Ticket
Attaching Media to a Ticket Once a ticket has been created, it is easy to open that ticket and add content such as a photo, video, or PDF. Click on the 'Paperclip' icon in the messages bar and select the media you want to attach. If your customers don't have the mobile app, they will receive your media in the form of a text message.

Requesting a Photo/Video from your Customer If you as an Advisor are needing to see a photo or video of your customer's issue, you can utilize the Request Photo/Video function within an AgriSync ticket. By clicking this button, the other party will receive a text message with a link asking them to upload a photo or video of their issue. That media upload will then be added to the existing open ticket with that individual.

Broadcast Bulk Text Messages AgriSync's Broadcast feature allows companies to create & send bulk text messages from their VoiceHub number/s, up to 100 recipients per day for each VoiceHub number.
