Closing and Archiving Tickets Via Mobile App Inside a ticket, click the 'Tags' button in the right-hand corner. After adding private notes or ticket tags, click 'Update and Close'. Via Web Dashboard Inside a ticket, click on the X button on the right side. To archive a ticket, go back into a closed ticket and click the Archive icon on the right side.
